Ate a cinnamon roll when I wasn’t hungry yesterday, I didn’t want to study. Any ideas on what else I could do, I study around 4 hours a day, I cannot eat something for 4 hours and not have it effect my body.

Ate on target yesterday, I brought food with me to class in case I got hungry. It was a little odd eating with a fork in the middle of lecture.

Had another off day, when I am at work, and I want to go home I eat.
The food is good but that is not the point.

Came home from doing 8 hours work and ate when I wasn’t hungry. I couldn’t name what was bothering me.

Eating on target today, job some disappointing news, sat with myself and got to a better feeling place. So I ate from stomach hunger rather than emotional.

I went an stayed with close friends over the long weekend. Ate on target every time. I was with people I felt comfortable with and there was a good variety of things to eat. My darling just left for the week, this is usually a time when I eat emotionally to the point of being too full.

Was on target yesterday, I know that when I procrastinate I eat. I have tried talking to myself when I am upset like I would to my best friend. It does wok about 75% of the time. I am hoping to increase that percentage over time. A book that I am basing this goal on is Overcoming Overeating, it is not a diet. No food restrictions what so ever. But the talk about developing your caretaker to where you no longer use food to soothe.
