I woke up about twenty minutes ago, I went to bed around 2:15, and I feel great! Yesterday at work, we even got hit with a big rush of customers and I didn’t crash- I was actually pretty productive!

OK now it’s 1 am again and it has been every day this week. I really need to sort my sleep out but shift work soon. At least I will aim to get to bed at a sensbile time before 12!
I went to bed at 3 instead of 3:30 last night, but I was on the computer until the strike of 3. That probably doesn’t help. :/
I really had to lull myself to sleep- like, work to get myself tired? But tonight, bedtime is at 2:30. And each day will be half an hour earlier until I’m going to bed at midnight. This way, when I get back to school and wake up at 7:45 each day, I’ll be ready!

I think I will change it to 00:15 because that seems to work better. I don’t get ready for bed in preperation for midnight, only when it gets to midnight do I think it is getting late.

This goal is so much easier to acheive when I am at home, I will probably go to bed before midnight tonight too. It is because the rest of my family are normally in bed by 11-11:30 anyway, sometimes my dad goes a bit later. Plus all the lights are off and I would probably get told off if I went as late as I do in Uni. Also I don’t get to sleep in to make up the time, so if I go to bed at 3, I only get 4 or 5 hours sleep.
I might put this goal as completed then and re-open it when I start uni in september again. I will occasionally go to bed later, but it would not be as much of a problem as it is in uni.
