I have numerous books and audio on this but have been slacking as I’ve been dealing with a lot of things lately. All the more reason to get back into it. The chakras I’d like to work on most would be the crown, solar plexus, and heart chakras, although I plan to work on all of them. I think the chakras I mentioned above are going to need extra attention. I plan to read the books earlier in the day and listen to the audio before sleep. I have found the audio to be particularly comforting and helped me to ease into relaxation. I want to do this at least three times a week or more if time allows. 8 months ago
