I have an amazing book about balancing the chankras, involving meditation, physical exercise and journaling excercises. I have just started working on my root chakra, and it is really off balance. I reccomend this book to anyone who feels a little off balance, as it is a full 7 month course in balancing the major chakras.

I have been cleansing my chakras on a regular basis using my chakra medition cd. However, I am having a hard time with my 3rd chakra. It seems to have a mind of it’s own, the vibration is completley off. So in addition to my chakra cleanse I will do a seperate daily meditation of my 3rd chakra.
I just got another chakra program this time from Stephane at Ideagasms http://www.ideagasms.net/chakras.php?affiliate=1041 It’s much better than just a one time meditation. Each of the seven chakras has it’s own 20 minutes guided meditation, which is extremely comforting and relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone!
I just got the tape ‘Stacey Dean – Chakra Balancing’ and listened to it last night before I went to sleep and it was great. The process of balancing is a very simple meditation only 20 minutes long but it felt great. I think it does help balance your energies, I’ll have to keep it up to see how it well it works.
