okay, I have a lot of water-weight right now (I tell myself.) you know how when you have been eating poorly for a while, you can lose weight quickly in the beginning, from eating healthily? well I anticipate being able to lose these pesky pounds.
my dream-goal is by next sunday, but who knows. I may not even weigh 147 anymore; I haven’t weighed myself in a while. (So I could weigh more… or less…)
but I’d like to see those 130’s again!

Today: 137.0 lbs
Pros:
Went to the gym: ran for 25 minutes, added squats to my routine
Didn’t eat the ice cream in my freezer
Cons:
Ate the entire Moo Goo Pan entree at dinner
