The road up to my house is 0.8 mi and quite steep. The road is half paved, half dirt. In fact, my driveway, the last 0.2, might be the toughest part.
I have lived up here 9 years and have only managed to run all the way up 2x.
I am starting my attempts tomorrow morning.
