Well I’d say my apartment is in order since I threw one third of it away and packed the another third up in boxes and moved them to my mom’s house for storage. The remaining third you ask? It was dirt. Dust and dirt and grimy icky city grime. It is gone forever. My new apartment in fabulous San Francisco is way more uncluttered and frankly, I’d like to keep it that way.

All except the music in boxes, which no longer have a filing cabinet to reside in.
It looks pretty decent now that I’ve either thrown out or packed half of it.
It’s looking much better. I cleaned yesterday cause my super was suppose to come for repairs (he didn’t.) I have put much stuff into storage and thrown lots more stuff away and I’ve got another bag of clothes to go to Goodwill.
Now if I can get all the repairs done that would be splendid.
Because I am packing I am organizing as I go and throwing lots of stuff out so I guess you could say I am closer to my goal.
OK that is it.
Tonight I am going to work on it for two hours from 10-12.
What I get done I get done.
It’s like I am drowning in all my stuff.
A move after just one year in a new place and minus an office leaves me with a storage and organization conundrum. I pushed all the unpacked boxes into the bedroom-mom visited so I had to at least give the illusion that I’d done a good job unpacking-and they’re making the bedroom less of a sanctuary than a storage space. I need to feel relaxed in there…
I must get this place in order. It is fucking up my fung shei.
Well I backslid and my apartment is in shambles. So I have to get at it again. Today I:
Took out the garbage
Gathered and rinsed out all the recycling to take to Whole Foods
Finally threw out the dead flowers in my vase
Cleaned out the fridge
Cleaned off the top of my dresser
Soaking the dishes now…
