How I did it: I'd been attempting to do this for quite a while. The best I could manage to do was once or twice a week. I never really got into it, and it always felt like a chore.
Then this year I decided to lose weight, and exercise harder too, and although it was still a struggle, once I got used to doing some really difficult classes it all fell into place. I also found that having friends to go with also helped a lot.
I go now mostly on my own, and even get antsy when I miss a session. I'm regularly there three times a week, sometimes four.
Lessons & tips:
Resources: Horley's Sculpt Protein drink. I'm still having it for breakfast, which was a struggle for the first few weeks, but now I don't like starting a day without it.

Because I was so stressed about the papers. Maybe tomorrow I will go to the gym before work in the lab.
My family is getting a puppy this weekend too. I want this new love to get much more exercise than our one dog does right now. Maybe new love can run with me…? How do you train dogs to do that?

I guess Saturday is here. When I wake up I’m going to hit the gym, but take it slow. I’m going to draw out the length of my workout so that I can do it less strenuously and still feel like I am getting something out of it.

Last week I joined a gym, and I’ve gone 3 times, and on the days I didn’t go, I worked out at home.
Finally my muscles aren’t sore anymore :-)

The current schedule is:
Monday/Wednesday: swimming
Tuesday/Thursday: running
My best friend and I decided to start working out together over the summer. I love to run but hate swimming, she loves to swim but hates running, so we’re doing a tradeoff. I’m kind of excited!
well i worked out super hard today and i’ve been working out regularly for about two weeks… glad i’ve made it this far, think i’m starting to see results

i pretty much did 2 weeks and stopped. i got a job and it threw off my schedual. idk. we’ll see how this one works out
