I guess Saturday is here. When I wake up I’m going to hit the gym, but take it slow. I’m going to draw out the length of my workout so that I can do it less strenuously and still feel like I am getting something out of it.

Last week I joined a gym, and I’ve gone 3 times, and on the days I didn’t go, I worked out at home.
Finally my muscles aren’t sore anymore :-)

The current schedule is:
Monday/Wednesday: swimming
Tuesday/Thursday: running
My best friend and I decided to start working out together over the summer. I love to run but hate swimming, she loves to swim but hates running, so we’re doing a tradeoff. I’m kind of excited!
