Monday/Wednesday: swimming
Tuesday/Thursday: running
My best friend and I decided to start working out together over the summer. I love to run but hate swimming, she loves to swim but hates running, so we’re doing a tradeoff. I’m kind of excited!

my “guidelines”
i am working out at LESAT 30 min of cardio 6 days a week.
i strech at least 10 min a day at least 6 days a week.
i weighed 155 (lbs) when i started. i will post measurements later :)

BMI: 25.8 (a little overweight.)
Below 18.5 Underweight
18.5—24.9 Normal
25.0—29.9 Overweight
30.0 and Above Obese

I am in great shape BMI wise but i do want to get into the habit of this so as to make my bones stronger for the feature and reduce my chance of developing osteoporosis and other ailments that could have been suppressed by regular exercise

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a week. I’m glad I stuck with it for this long. I’m so proud of myself. Now for the exciting news!
Lost 3-5 pounds
Lost 2 inches off hips
Lost 1 inch off waist
Lost 3 inches off thigh
And 1 inch off upper arm.
Yay! I’m so glad I didn’t give in to all those cravings for ice cream and chocolate. I’m very proud of myself and I’m so thrilled that all this happened in just ONE week! I can’t wait to see the results of next week!

I meant to go more often this week, but family obligations kept popping up, which i do consider to be more important. also, it was finals week so school had to take the front seat on that one too. but now all my finals are over, and im spending some good quality time with the treadmill and free weights this afternoon =)

As I said a few days ago, I gave in to a massive craving for some cookie cake. Well I decided it was just one day, one little slip up, and I shouldn’t let it faze me. So I’m back to my regular routine!
I worked out for a half hour today and continued my eating healthy plan. It feels good to be back on the ball again
