I don’t want to dread running anymore. I want to look forward to it because I know how it is going to make me feel and look. I want to be a runner like the runners I see that are so in shape. You know the kind of body that only runners get? That’s what I want!

I look forward to running every day. I especially love my Sunday long runs. Its my way of staying in great shape, learning more about myself and what I’m capable of, and doing something just for me.
I hate running & I never do it, but I sooo want to be one of those people that are addicted to it… how does that happen??

Running is my favorite sport, after soccer. It makes me feel so good when I am done. I feel so cleansed after I finish running.
I’m on Cross Country and Track. And I hate running. I dread it, every day. How can I go about learning to love it? I like the feeling afterwards? I like the fitness… what do I do?
I hate running. I just don’t understand how people can run and run in the heat when you could get the same work out, in an air conditioned gym. It has just never occured to me why yet.
