get a navel piercing

Navel piercings are so cute. It’d be fun to walk around on the beach and show off the piercing. Bling bling.

I’ve wanted to do this for over 10 years, since I was a little kid. Yesterday I woke up and just randomly thought “okay, I really really want it done”. I think I’ve pretty much stopped growing now, so I won’t be risking getting a stretch mark like scar that I’ve heard of people getting if they have one too young.
I asked friends on facebook about reputable piercers in the area and got a lot of information on it. Then I told my mum I wanted one…people online had said getting parents approval was the hardest part. Although I’m old enough to not need her consent, I wanted to get her approval anyway. I thought she might flip out a little, but she was cool with the idea of it straight away :D

It didn’t really hurt getting it done (but hey, it’s different from every person y’know).

I went with a friend (‘cause she pierce persons herself and finds it interesting). The guy who pierced me was really funny, so I wasn’t nervous at all. It helped having 2 fun people around, haha!

The only annoying thing is to cleanse it every day. And I’m so afraid it wont work, that it will become infected and so on XD

But it’s hawt!

Got my navel pierced on February 2nd 2004. Went along with my sister. She wanted one but was scared to get pierced. So I told her I would get a navel piercing myself as well. In the piercing shop it was my turn first. My sister wasn’t with me when I got pierced (it’s done behind closed, and locked, doors). I thought it hurted like hell (!!!!) and was about to knock down the piercing-lady when the pain finally stopped! I told my sister it didn’t hurt that much when she asked what it felt like. I knew she would not get pierced if I told her the truth. So she did it and told me ‘it realy didn’t hurt that much’ :o
I like my piercing but I hate the way people judge it :( No one seems to like it when they find out I have a piercing. But hey, I did it for myself anyway!

I’ve decided to get my navel pierced this weekend along with my friend. Woo! I hope my mother doesn’t disapprove too much.

I’ve had it done for about 6 weeks now. It does hurt when the clamps are put on, and when the needle goes through but its totally worth it, and the pain isn’t unbearable either. I am really quite slim aswell and a few of my friends have said it didn’t really hurt them that much, but it really did hurt me quite alot. I would defentily reccomend it though.

Yesterday the day after my 18th birthday i went to finally get it done!! I expected it to hurt alot but it actually didnt hurt that bad. It throbs like when u get ur ear pierced. Definately worth it feel free to email me if u have any question bam_2006@comcast.net
