the goal is at least 3 times a week and bring it up to 5-6. So at the moment it has been 9 days with four session. So far so good 18 months ago
I was so sore but once you warm up i found I was able to continue through the workout. I am now a little over that barrier now. I can train being sore and unable to move – good news 18 months ago
