Going to bulk until I’m 20% BF or 175 lbs!!!! Whichever comes first. I am hoping its the pounds. On a steady diet of Slim Jims and Pac Man Cereal. So far so good.

Making slow progress. Have added back 2kg back, another 3 left to put back on. My lifts are progressing, getting my bench press squats and deadlifts. Already beaten my previous deadlift of 65kg, now on 75kg, and close to beating previous squat limit of 68kg.

Just need to get more sleep and more food :)

OK so I’ve been to the gym 3x this week, started the stronglifts programme of 4 exercises a session, 5×5. Getting used to the barbell squats and bench presses as opposed to dumbells. Deadlift form is a bit shaky, must concentrate on doing a few good warmup sets to get my form right before going for the actual 1×5 set.

Foodwise hasn’t been great, had an important presentation on thursday so was lacking in sleep and food, but this week should be better I hope. At least I didn’t have dessert today when we went out for dinner!

Well, i made an ok effort at this, then got ill and then started fasting, so now I’ve lost 5kg :S

Will be getting back to the gym in the next week or so, and hoping muscle memory means that I can put that 5kg and regain that strength fairly quickly

Well I’m trying to make myself much bigger, to gain loads of muscle etc.

So I’ve got to bulk up loads.. I’m not worried about gaining a little fat whilst doing it because I know I can lose that later.

Currently I weigh just about 97 kg, and I’m looking at putting on around 10 kg or so more before I look at cutting.

Any advice would be great!!!

What’s good stuff to eat etc to bulk.

By the way, I’m 6’2” so being over 100 kg is not going to look so bad on me, don’t think it’ll make me look too fat if I put on some weight, specially as I’m aiming for most of it to be muscle anyway.

I wanna get ripped!
I have quite a bit of natural strength, but very little stamina to go with that. I want to bulk up over this year and improve the stamina. Main places: Arms, Legs and Stomach.

I’m 6’1” and 130lbs. I’m very tired of being that skinny guy. Unfortunately I’m not very disciplined when it comes to eating and I find it hard to force myself to eat more, or even just find something healthy to eat. I do a very basic workout in my room 4/7 nights a week, but while I do get stronger, I don’t think I’ve gained any real mass.
