I just took the test and managed to perform 140 consecutive squats. I think it’s pretty good but it’s still not even close to 200. And this time I really gave everything I’ve got; I couldn’t have performed even a single additional squat.
The conclusion: 200 consecutive squats is a lot, but I will get there if I keep on working out! 3 years ago

I bought a new bike a while ago and from now on I’m going to replace the squat workouts by riding regularly. I shall test myself every once in a while to see if riding the bike has a desired effect on my squatting performance. 3 years ago

In one min. I was able to do 50 squats. I am very fit actually… I squated to the 90 degree angle each time. Well, I will be doing more of those. ^^ I could prob. do more if i did em slower. Oh yeah, the hour of exersize before prob weakened me… I just was searching the internet about fitness and decided to try this after my workout. Lolz. I will try again when im rested up. 3 years ago

I tested myself today and managed 130 consecutive squats. So it’s still a long way to 200… 3 years ago

Two days ago I took a test and managed 120 squats. I was thinking I could do many more, but I overestimated myself. Now I’m going to keep doing the final week of the training program for as long as I get to 200. 3 years ago

and then I’ve completed the training program. I’m going to do the last sets tomorrow and test myself on Tuesday. 200 consecutive squats is quite a tough challenge, but I might be able to make it. :-) 4 years ago

I may have underestimated this challenge or overestimated the strength of my thigh muscles. Either way, I realized yesterday that 200 consecutive squats is a lot.
I did 63+76+34+31+50 and had one-minute-long breaks in between the sets. That left me completely exhausted and I couldn’t have done a single squat more. In fact, my legs were feeling pretty tired already after the first two sets.
The fact that I played badminton on Monday probably had an effect on my performance but I wasn’t expecting this to become so hard, since I’ve gotten through the previous weeks so easily. Well, at least I’m pushing my limits and probably developing some more strength.
I’m going to test myself after this week and see how many I can do. If I don’t manage the 200 then, I probably won’t need many extra weeks anyway. 4 years ago

I just completed week number five on the highest level. So after next week I should be able to do 200 consecutive squats. I’m actually very confident of my success but I won’t mark this done before I’ve completed the final week as well. 4 years ago

This is really easy. I guess it’s because of jogging, cross-country skiing and all the other sports I’ve done. I just did the following five sets: 19, 24, 19, 19 & 50 and I think I might already be able to do the 200 consecutive repetitions.
I want to follow the training program anyway for a couple of weeks just to get some exercise. 4 years ago

At first I thought I would complete these challenges one after another, but now that my ankle is injured and I cannot do much sports I figured might as well get started this one. So I just did the initial test, which felt surprisingly easy. I did 50 squats and I could have done some more. I guess I’ll start the training program on week three in the third column. 4 years ago
