get my eyebrows waxed

I got mine done today for the first time! I was expecting it to hurt, but it really didn’t at all. And they look great :)

i got my eyebrows waxed today for free at Pride, the lady got the wax in my hair tho & that sucked.

It’s definately better than plucking my eye brows, though I always end up tearing up while they do it. It doesn’t hurt badly at all… I just tear up for some reason.

I thought it was going to hurt a lot more than it did, but it didn’t really hurt at all. I didn’t like how tingly my eyebrows felt afterward and I didn’t like the redness, but it was worth doing. I like the finish look though.

I finally just did it while I was getting my hair cut.

my bff jill’s ma (ChefMama) finally got her hands on my eyebrows on Friday…and Voila! they are waxed!

I ge mine done regularly but when i cant be bovered to go i use hair removal cream sounds silly but works wonder use cotton bud to apply =] be careful not to close to eyes. leave on for around 10 mins just done mine. use twezers on strays and apply vasline before plucking less pain and then always moistures =]

I’ve been getting my brows waxed all throughout my 30s and love it. I don’t like that honeywax, rather the other stuff that doesn’t require muslin to rip off, but you can do it by itself.

Nina is the most wonderful aesthetician one could have and I’ve followed her to wherever she goes, which over the past 7 yrs, she’s probably changed 5-6 different locations, maybe more. She is well worth the long drive.

Right now, though, I’ve gone nearly 2 months without waxing and my brows are wild. Eek!!! I’m going to have to convince Nina to coincide her European vacations with my brow waxing schedule. Looks like Nina is lasting longer than my marriage.

Typically, I religiously get my brows and upper lip waxed every 3 weeks.
