    I just got this for my DS and my boyfriend and I are doing it together. So far I’ve learned some colors and how to write them, and it’s only been a couple days. Pretty sweet.

    I’d like to master the basics of polite conversation-
    • “Hi”
    • “Where are you from?”
    • “Japanese is a beautiful language”
    • etc….
      so that when I randomly meet someone from Japan, I can communicate with them. Also, I want to have this basic set of skills to build on in the future and I’d like to learn more about the culture through the language!
