Ok, so now I am back on this. I am trying to gain mass. I have cut my gym membership because I barely have time to go anyway and it is a pain to drive there. Instead I have a shake weight, ab roller, iron gym, exercise ball, and curling bar at home. I am going to complete the collection by getting a dip bar and skipping rope. As far as I am concerned between these things and furniture around the house, this is all I really need. Btw, I am at 153 now. 15 months ago

I’m finally going to attack this goal hard. Honestly, I feel I’m a little small and I want to just get a little bigger. I’m 5’6 144 pounds now, I want to go up to 151 pounds (its a cool number). Also, I want to get rid get a six pack and get things more lean.
For the last 3 weeks I’ve completely cut out sweets and sugar sources cold turkey as well as started jogging and working out at home. I’ve been eating 6 light meals a day to speed up my metabolism and burn fat; and I’m eating only vegetables, whole grain, and protein. Now I’m even going harder and restricting my protein to just fish.
I’m jogging about 3 miles in 30 minutes right now. I’m going to improve! 22 months ago
