The are super cute, but after a few months, they become super stinky, and are a pain in the ass, and go to the bathroom on EVERYTHING they can get themselves on.
We had a male, and we had it’s little stink gland removed, but it STILL STUNK… ALL THE TIME, and its cage was always sticky from it peeing all over it. and it would rattle around in the cage all the time like a hyperactive nutball. We had to give it away a friend’s sister.
its great as a baby, but way too much of a hassle after that, and you couldn’t even play with it / pet it / etc anymore, unless you like pee all over you.

I got a little girl about two weeks ago. She wasn’t handled much before I got her but she was completely bonded with me within a week!

It’s good somebody out there agrees that sugar gliders are good! Anyway, what climate do you live in? I live in Vancouver, Richmond, so I have no idea if it’ll be right for a Glider.

I got a sugar glider almost 3 weeks ago. She still hasn’t completely bonded to me, but she’s warming up to me. It takes a lot of time and patience, but I know it will all be worth it in the end. :)
