- occasional napping seems to make regular early rising actually viable. I’m not sure what the science is on cumulative sleep. But it seems that when I get some extra sleep, the effects carryover a few days. Just my perception?

Now must find a way to develop the habit. but I think my evening was just saved by a nap.
truly think that I would be a happier more productive person if I had some quality siesta time. I’m going to close my door and do this at least once a week. putting it in the calendar now!
very rarely, I’ve managed to sneak a power nap in the car – but I feel like a dork, or a deadbeat, or afraid of looking like someone having a possible medical emergency. Gathering the chutzpah to do the under-the-desk nap that my old colleague used to do. Stephen – you’re my inspiration with this one!
