with 2 young kids I have managed to work working out into my day – while they are napping or if the sitter is here. Sleep is much more important to me at this point. I believe I will change this to workout at the least 5 days a week.
I have never been a morning person, and I’ve never been a big fan of physical activity. I go to the gym and have a trainer, but I always plan my social activities after work which means I don’t work out as often as I should. (I need to for my heart and my honeymoon.)
I want to start doing cardio before work at least twice a week.
