tell my boss off

totally did… bitch still hasnt paid me, owe’s me almost $400 bucks… blanket party anyone!?

It happened a while back. She was really pissing me off so I went in the back and she followed asking me what was wrong. That’s basically when I blew up screaming at her telling her off. Admittedly I didn’t use any bad mouth but I did tell her what she was doing that ticked me off and I was yelling the whole time. She threatened to fire me but never did. In the end she treated me with a little more respect.

I dont hate her as a human being but I hate her way of managing others. She gets off on petty power and doesnt support risk taking. I dont get it really, especially since the more risks I take the better I do my job and the better she looks, but she is super afraid of getting into trouble and she never backs you up or take sthe heat for you. The messed up thing about it is when you have a boss like that you start to play scared all the time, and the team I manage senses that and it dulls our energy. I wish I could just tell her to leave me the fuck alone, whats worse, is her boss, my big boss hates me so I have no back up, mostly I just try and yes her to death.
