Operate the vehicle in a safe manner

an example of a decision we easily ruled out…the other side of the river…a vehicle about 5 times the value of ours…filled to the windows with water…we felt bad…but couldn’t tow him out…He weighed twice what we did…before the water that had invaded his vehicle…the picture in the entry previous was us leaving…the picture in this entry was what we saw about 15 minutes before we left…
