I have been stretching my back and arms everyday now for a week. I am definately improving, but I still can’t do a crab or bridge.
I even used a climbing frame in a park because nothing is at the right height at home, before a mother hurried her child away, haha.

Easy enough
getting a backwalkover isn’t easy at first. Once you get it the first time, and keep practicing it ,it’ll get easier.
Wat I do is:
start with bridges first, then try it on the trampoline WITHOUT the poles. Then do a backbend keeping your legs straight and watching your hands as you bend back. When you start getting close to the ground don’t panic and bend your elbows that will cause you to hit your head. Keep your arms straight! Once you’re in the backbend keep your strongest leg on the ground and push off with it, kick you’re other leg over Remember to keep your abs tight
If you don’t understand srry

My back still isn’t half as flexible as it needs to be for somehing like this.
I’ll wait until some time next year and work on this after I’ve accomplished a few other goals (and gain more strength and flexibility).
