Make a psi ball

i wuz reading this blog sort of and after i tried it and it tottaly works except all i can do is feel the heat in the center of my hands and wen i try to push my hands together i feel it pushing back and i was amazed

i’d like to do this, and i’ve read lots of articles on making them; but what exactly are they used for other than throwing?
some articles mention that you can programm them to do anything, but what is “anything”?
please help me

first invoke energy from a source of your choosing,the sun has alot of energy so preferably use it.then once you have invoked plenty of energy direct it to your hands by visualizing and feeling it going to your hands.then visualize the energy coming out your hands and forming a ball

the energy is called cakara and when i did it it did a karatie chop and and a big cut on my bed side cupboard.WOW!.

i found some info tried a couple of times and now im turning them in to fireballs. btu you cant se them you will feel a push though

can i see the psi ball when it’s done?
can i throw it when it’s done?

can somebody help me, i don’t get the technique and when i perform it nothing happens

Ok, I tried doing it earlier and tried to flow the energy of earth and wind within me…nothing…later i tired it, my fingers kept gittering, i felt warmth in between, and they sorta were moving away from each other. Afterwards I got kind of a headache…so i tried storing energy again and then ate something. did i do everything right and just need practice to make it visual? or did something go wrong along those lines?

it would be great if we could actually do this
