Dflowslike the title says
I’ve already started this awhile ago. I stopped drinking soda a few months ago and just stuck with juice and water, but now it seems like the time to stop drinking juice and just go with water. This isn’t something I’m only doing for a few weeks or months. I will continue this for the rest of my life, of course I will have the ocassion soda, hopefully its far and in between. Anywho, I’ve already gone about 4 days will only drinking water, and it feels great. This will also make my working out goal easier. Of course I won’t stop drinking milk, since i want strong bones xD, but for everything else, I’m sticking to water 20 months ago
