in a gallon you have 16 cups and out of those sixteen cups i managed to stomach 14 in 56 minutes. I think there are people out there that can do this task very easy if they know what they are doing. You can’t chug you have to pace your self and it would help if you were on the bigger side and had a larger stomach.
