Making cheese is boring and expensive to get into at first (at least if you make hard cheese) but it was totally worth it. I made some of the best cheese I have ever eaten and if I didn’t have a job I would SO do it more often! 4 months ago

How I did it:
I made mozarella (the fresh type, not like the pizza topping)
Bought something witch name i dont remember and certainly dont know in english :P
It is made from an enzyme in a cows stomac..??!? and in Denmark you get it at the farmacy. It's about $10 for a tiny bottle and it expires fast.
I used FRESH cooled milk from a farm near by. It was cheap too (about half price compared to shop prices). I needed 5 litres of milk for a handful of mozzarella.
