honestly there have been some really good movies out lately. i saw the bob dylan movie in early december and it was worth the 2+ hours. the different characters representing all different sides of dylan was more than enough to hold my attention and obviously because i haven’t seen a movie that pulled it off so well. of course there is no country for old men and there will be blood, which i really enjoyed because of the tension and anxiety in both. ive noticed i enjoy movies that dont give you everything in dialogue and make you sit there and bask in the shots. but then again, i really do like movies that aren’t fully action packed and make you sweat. i saw cloverfield friday night and it did make me feel dizzy and sick but if they did it any other way, it would have really lacked the chaos. so all those movies are great, i hope those who saw it agree!
