and mostly it’s junk food. So, how does that help me? Tonight, I made myself a real meal, and tomorrow, I’ll shop for some more things that are nutritious to keep at home. Anyway, my deep thoughts for tonight. But I work at the perfect place to eat healthy, and on a regular basis, I receive free supplements from reps, so why not? 2 years ago

it feels chilly in my place. I feel a little bit alone and odd, yet my kitchen is full of stuff like dried lentils and rice. I think I’m going to make a dal or something like it.
Working the last two days in a place that is stocked with cookies, potato chips, soda and coffee. I think it’s time to make something really good!
