In March, I’ll release Bee Season (which was very good) in the airport in Cozumel. I had good luck with the Murakami novel I released in the airport in Lisbon. It ended up in Ireland!

Finally, something has happened with a book I released. I left Haruki Murakami’s Dance Dance Dance in the Lisbon airport, and now it’s in Co Kerry, Ireland. Great news!

Someone had found one of my books! Yay!! It’s my first one to have been found and entered onto bookcrossing. I am rather excited!

The book was ‘The Testament Of Gideon Mack’ by James Robertson!

Well I have to send 8 books in 3 packages this coming week.
5 to one person , 2 to another person and one to someone else.
That will help my stats some what. ;)

... I hid some bookcrossing tagged books (The Autograph Man, Playing Away and Puppets) in the big basket of free books in my local post office. People go in for stamps, see a book in the basket, take it home and read it and then they can return it when they’ve done (or not) and put books they no longer want in the basket too.
I’m kind of hoping someone in my village will register the book on bookcrossing and I’ll have found a new buddy.

Wow. I am pleasantly surprised to see I have already released 42 books through bookcrossing this year.
And it is only June 26th.

and more to come! This goal is perfect for decluttering junkies like me :-)

I’ve released a couple of books in yesterday and today. One in St Andrews and the other in Blair Atholl.

this goal is serving a practical purpose now :-) I have released 17 books this week – that`s quite a lot for me!

My workplace has set up a table in the public area of our office. It is now the release location for our books. We also have a “persona” for our office to release books, http://www.bookcrossing.com/mybookshelf/capscrossing and we have posted a notice on our website’s news for this month telling people about our table.
