Take better care of my nails

I did it!

I won’t put it as an achieved goal yet because I am still getting used to being even complimented because of my beautiful nails! I’ll try to post a picture this week or the next.

It’s unbelievable how beautiful my hands turned out to be! I’m really happy!

Well, my nails are definitely stronger and longer… but I think I will wait 1-2 weeks before I go to the manicure, because it’s still kind of short.

I’m happy that it’s working!

I just put some underlacquer base on my nails… I hope it makes my nails stronger and I hope I remember to avoid chewing on it.

... and a pedicure this weekend. I’ve been moisturizing my feet twice a day as well. I already notice an improvement!

a professional manicure. About a month ago I got a pro manicure as a reward when I lost 5 pounds. I usually do my own nails, but it’s so nice to have a professional do it. She did a great job softening my hands with her special products and getting my nails and cuticles in good shape. Since I did this I’ve managed to keep my nails manicured on my own and I’ve also developed the habit of putting on hand cream twice a day to keep my hands nice and soft. I’m calling this one done.

and now my nails are long and healthy but i need a new job… damnit

they grow to a certain point and then BAM! break off and i dont know why… help!!!

I simply forget to keep it up…

I managed a manicure this week. Interesting how I feel so much more civilized when my nails are in good shape and a pretty color.
