i am so lasy
How I did it: My partner got me a dawn alarm clock which has a full-spectrum light that gradually gets brighter, before beeping. Usually I wake up naturally before the alarm goes up. Read how I did it…

It’s only ever the first 10 minutes that suck….I have to remember that!!

When I have to get up, I always do. No problem. So I know I can do this.
I’m setting myself up for success on this one by:
1) Getting up and going to bed at consistent times ~ 11pm and 7pm
2) Waking up to music I love.
3) Always get 7 hours of sleep.
4) Nap later in the day, if I still feel I need extra sleep.
makemeasandwich hasn't been on 43things in soo long. Wow.
i just remembered this goal. And I didn’t wake up.
Well, I’ll try next tuesday…hahaha, watch as this goes on for a year (:
I was actually late today, for the first time this year (amazingly o: but only by, what five seconds after the bell rang?)
My teacher made me give a speech about the importance of being on time. Fuckk it was embarrassing D:

I’m going to do this on Tuesday, since I don’t need to wake up early for the next two days…
I always set my alarm to 6, but then I hit snooze until it’s 630. Then I’m always late and look like crap D:

I am. I’ve decided that I will get up with my alarm, from now on. Yes, my bed is nice and comfy and warm… but lying in bed for extra time every morning is getting in the way of the goals I want to accomplish. If I’m really tired, I’ll go back to bed at the end of the day, even if it means sleeping at 7pm.
I know partly why I like the night-time so much is because it’s quiet and no one disturbs me. If I get up early enough, it can be just as quiet and peaceful. What an awesome way to jump into my day.
