jyokota living like no one else so that later he can live like no one else.
It’s been awhile since I posted but here’s some little ways Ive tried to help others recently:
I’m assisting a friend with coaching a girls volleyball team and helping the girls to build solid playing skills as well as confidence.
I returned a loose dog which added a good 1/2 mile to my walk this morning.
I am corresponding with the daughter of my high school best friend who had passed away. I’m letting her know about her dad as I knew him and hoping that this helps her heal from the loss.
I gave a membership of Financial Peace University to a coworker who is newly married and starting a family, and am also helping another manage his budget.
I will be coordinating a church service led by my catechism group.
That’s all recently. Keep up the good work, my fellow everyday angels!

I have just noticed my list is full of things about “me”, then i realized everyday my thoughts are all about “me”! so I think it is time to turn this around and be a good citizen and help anyone that is in need instead of just passing by these opportunities to make a change.

Little things

I noticed that someone was worried about weighing herself for fear of finding out she gained weight. I offered her my thoughts about how health is more important in general than weight and also gave some encouragement. Hope that this helped.

My goal is to help at least one person everyday even if it is something as small as opening the door for them. And everyday that I’m successful, time-permitting, I’ll record it on here.
Being a college student, my life tends to get hectic so getting on here everyday can be hard, but I’ll give it my best effort.

Can we ever actually complete this goal? because it’s to help someone everyday and so that means we can only complete this we we die, so we can never tick it off!
o well lol. Still worth the time and effort

Helping others is theraputic for me because it teaches me to not be centered on myself. even if it is the smallest thing like picking up something someone dropped, it makes you and the other person feel good. So get out there and show your helpfulness!
