Getting there! I had a handyman come by and fix the floor and support the beam. Plastering is up next. I want to try that myself, a cellar seems a safe place to experiment with my DIY skills (or lack there of). 6 months ago

A big thing on my list now that Ive been in my little house around 6 months is to fix up the cellar so it can be a good storage spot for my wines. Quite a bit to do, but I’ve jotted down the steps:
- fix the floor
- support one of the beams (because of water damage)
- put in laminate floor
- plaster the walls
- make the little door airtight
- replace the stairs
I hope I can do some of the stuff myself. 8 months ago
