How I did it: I recall reading a lot of websites for help, because I was very curious about the subject. Most sites will tell you to meditate a lot. Then, they say that you will visualize your power animal. I tried following those steps, but could never really concentrate. All I could visualize was a whole bunch of different animals running and swimming past each other. So that never worked for me.

How I did it: Well im thirteen so it was much easier for me. All i did was go to a quiet and relaxing place(outside). I meditated and pictured my self in a animals habitat like the woods. Then i asked the animal to come and two animals came to me a wolf and a bear. they told me the animal that shares my personality the most. and it was a wolf. the wolf told me that your spirit animal is the animal you see most and you connect with the most and mine was a wolf.
