I’ve found a few skirts in my closet, and wear one about once a week now. I like how it feels to be a bit more dressed up!
I’ve also bought a couple more skirts for spring/summer.
No luck for dresses however! Maybe I’ll have to sew some??? 4 weeks ago
i’m beginning to think maybe the Bible has something to say about this, and that perhaps i ought to wear skirts or dresses all the time. i’ve been looking online, but it’s not so easy to find dresses that don’t show cleavage/ are not immodestly short. i’ll keep looking. 2 months ago
I just completed a 30 day ‘wear a skirt or dress for 30 days’ run! I managed it 20 of the 30 days. Whoot!
The best part was all the ‘other stuff’ – along the way, I got used to wearing some shoes besides tennies, I got my hair done, and I found a gym.
I’m going to do a 30 day makeup run next! 5 months ago
I am wearing more skirts. Sad part is, it’s because I’m putting on a lot of weight. 6 months ago
I’m going to make a mini goal of wearing a skirt/dress to work at least once a week and build it up from there. 12 months ago
Anybody on this list want to pick a day, one day, and everybody wear a skirt or dress that day?
I’m making a subsidiary goal to wear a skirt or dress Oct 25, 2011. 19 months ago
I just don’t even buy pants (well, OK, not counting ridiculous blinged-out jeans… I know, I know, and I DON’T CARE! I like them, and that’s really all that matters!) any more. I stop by Ross or Marshall’s or TJ Maxx all the time and peruse their totally guilt-free dress section (seriously, I’d gotten one at Macy’s, and I saw the EXACT SAME ONE at Ross for 1/6 what I’d originally paid!), and end up taking at least one home every time. Sometimes if I don’t feel like trying them on I’ll get like 15 and return any I don’t like when I try them on at home. And if you think about it, dresses are no-brainers: there’s no coordinating or matching involved! It’s gotten to where I think finding tops and bottoms that go well together is a chore. And I just feel more feminine! Woo hooooo, dresses! 22 months ago
Have worn dresses to work twice now!, ü, yay me! it’s really comfortable actually, the only downside is that I can’t really curl up on my chair like I’m used to :p or, I look kind of silly doing it :p buuut

I wanna look sexy and want to do it in a easy bung-on manner so, so long as I coordinate all right for comfort and style, it has to be comfy or it won’t work, then I am good to go. 2 years ago
Functional, funky and sexy in clothes that do the job AND look nice. I am challenging a lifelong habit. Anyways wearing dresses and skirts makes me feel more ventilated and more in touch with myself. 2 years ago
I am aiming at everyday wear. Bung it on, and that’s it, which is why I chose to adopt this as a resolution. I am also fighting against the casual looks so prevalent where I live. 2 years ago
To kick off dress habit ie bung it on and put on undies etc to get dress, I brought myself several dresses to kick project off.
Everyone here wears casaul so this is another act of rebellion on my part to defy the destructive unfeminine spirit of this place called home sweet home. 2 years ago
