I do 50 push ups and 70 sit ups a night and I’ve been doing it for a good two weeks now without fail. I know it’s not weights or anything but I think it’s an active start and a good indication that I’m serious about doing this.
Merlynsparadise is trying to not be impatient!
My efforts have gone with out notice. I have been getting into things early in the week, and by weeks end, I’m back to not bothering. The stresses of life have gotten a hold of me it seems. All hope is not lost, and I will continue to attempt to work on things, for I will not look like this come next spring and summer. This I will promise myself.
i have always been consious of my thighs and stomach. i am thin and i don’t want or need to loose any weight i just want to make them look better if you know what i mean.

After another fracture in my leg in December I find my leg to be still pretty sore. I have backed off of toning, but am trying to make sure that I get my 100 sit up’s done each day, and at least some kind of walk in during the week. I hope to be a lot more tone by my birthday which is in 10 weeks.
