Primeval, unlike any experience I have ever had

I half expected a dinosaur to pop up over the lava fields. Meanwhile, it was snowing, and I could see people equipped and dressed to scale Mount Everest walking on those fields through the mist… while I soaked peacefully in the milky blue warmth.
It was so cold that my wet hair started to form ice cycles and my ears would get so cold that I’d have to dunk my head in the water to warm them up. TZZZZZZ, I’d hear the sound as the ice hit the warm water.
The warm water hitting the cold air generated lots of steam that whoosed in the wind and made the entire scene eerier still.
Recommended. An experience you will never forget.
