Used Super Deck and the paint guy told me it was self-priming. Not holding up and it’s only been 2 weeks. My husband told me to prime first, but I didn’t listen. It’s already been scratched through in lots of places by my dog just getting up and streching. Guess I need to save up for Trex. 3 years ago

Took 2 coats and about 3.5 hours. This makes me realize this is a HUGE job. Just painted the landing…still have 2 decks and wrap around porch area. I’m going to wait a month or so to continue…want to make sure the color is right and see how dirt reacts. Big improvement though!! 3 years ago
