There are so many things to do and see in NYC. We have some friends who moved there from Oregon and we will be able to stay with them.
I want to get a dirty dog from a street vender. I want to visit the MOMA (Metro. Museum of Art). I want to go to the Statue of Liberty and the top of the Empire State Building. I know it is sooo touristy, but then I can be all superior and say, oh no, don’t do those things. He he.
Anyhoo, I want to experience some small Italian restaurant in little italy and go to the Chelsea district. Love it. I love history, so museums, and seeing Strawberry Fields where poeple mourned Lennon after he was shot.
I just want to feel the hustle and bustle of a big town since I come from a town of less than 200,000 people. I wouldn’t want to live there, but I’d love to visit. Maybe I would want to live there after visiting. Who knows.
it was great! there is so much to see/do and even though i was there only 5 days it was awesome! smaller than i’d imagined but still unmissable! times square is the best there is not a place on earth like it =)
New York in the summer of the 2004 and the winter of 2006…sooooo I guess I can say that I visited NY…;]
