cook a new dish once a month

For February, I cooked up this dish using a croc-pot. Since I don’t have much time to cook (hence, only one new dish a month), I’m looking for a lazy man’s way to cooking.

Took maybe 15-20 minutes to prep and turn on the croc-pot at 8am and dinner’s ready by the time i’m home. My place smells great too!

I love cooking. Well… I love eating the food I cook, hehe. So I want to vastly expand my range of dishes. Yum Yum.
