Hm, let’s inventory my “crashes”..
Age: 15. Crashed my father’s car into a parked car in the Chili’s parking lot. He wasn’t present in the car. He didn’t find out until the next day.
Age: 15. Ran my mother’s car into a huge rock in the Taco Bell Parking lot. We didn’t see the dent until days later.
Age: 16. Scraped my ‘95 Ford Thunderbird (with only 12,000 miles on it) against my mother’s parked car in our driveway. Minimal damage.
Age: 16. Bumped into another car’s bumper while waiting to get out of the school parking lot. No damage to other car, paint chip on Thunderbird.
Age: 16. Rear ended another car with the same Ford Thunderbird (which now had a total of 14,000 miles on it). Totaled Thunderbird. $10,000 worth of damage.
Age: 16. Car: Chrysler Concorde. Damage: None yet. Future damage: goddamn it, i NEED to be a careful driver.
