I am not getting this done. I am starting again tomorrow since it is past midnight already tonight. sigh I never get enough sleep.

I have to do it for my health and energy. I have to get up at 6:45 every day so the ideal bedtime for me is 10:30 PM. Not 10 PM because it’s too early, not 11 PM because it’s too late. I’ll be preparing my stuff half an hour earlier to guarantee that I’m in the bed at 10:30 latest. Let’s see if I can keep up with that!
Probably very necessary to my health and sanity as I have early classes next semester and want to lift before some of them…erg…Oh well, this will help and keep me on the right track. Now if only my roommate desired an early bed time like I do. Sleep mask it is then I guess.

I need to get back on track with this. I’m way too sleepy at work lately.
These last 2-3 weeks I’ve been going to bed after well after midnight. My husband is a night owl and I hate letting him watch tv by himself.
I faithfully used to go to bed at 10-10:30 before I got married.
I hoped that I’d make my husband go to bed with me before 11…Not only that I couldn’t convince him turn the tv off at 10:30, but I gave up my healthy before mid-night sleep hours in order to spend time with my husband, right? As though staring at that stupid box for 2 hours can be called quality time.
This tells something about my willpower, huh?
Well, some things have to change. Soon.

In an effort to ressurect my sleep patterns I am going to be on here a little less frequently. See you later in the week.
My sleeping patterns are completely stuffed at the moment and I feel so tired in the mornings that I’m not exercising anymore (well I haven’t so far this week anyway). And that’s bad!! So I’ve decided that for the next little while there will be no more computer (and 43T) in the evenings. I figure that it will all catch up with me in the end but right now I really need to get some proper sleep so I don’t feel like such a zombie.
