Went to bed at 8:30 last night! (Ya, I’ve got a scaled down life, lol, two young kids at home!)

Oh, I changed my goal name on this one because I found a group with a this one and like to read other people’s progress.

Ugh, totally failing the 9:00 thing. I changed the goal to 9:30. Baby steps. =) I really enjoy that extra time after the kids go to bed to tidy up the house and work on my goals.

I have to do it for my health and energy. I have to get up at 6:45 every day so the ideal bedtime for me is 10:30 PM. Not 10 PM because it’s too early, not 11 PM because it’s too late. I’ll be preparing my stuff half an hour earlier to guarantee that I’m in the bed at 10:30 latest. Let’s see if I can keep up with that!

Probably very necessary to my health and sanity as I have early classes next semester and want to lift before some of them…erg…Oh well, this will help and keep me on the right track. Now if only my roommate desired an early bed time like I do. Sleep mask it is then I guess.
