I met him at a discussion/reading/signing at Barnes and Noble in New York on May 14th. He’s very funny; he had the whole audience laughing out loud over and over again. When he signed my book (ooold copy of The Basic Eight), he signed his name, dated it, and wrote “I wrote this book, Kelly.” It was a perfect way to meet him, and I’m so glad that I had the opportunity to do so.
