It was probably easier because I save money living with my parents during the summer. I use what I already have, make a conscious effort to save it (set a goal for how much to save by when, and don’t go places that require money), and if I need something, I borrow or shop secondhand. I would make a list of things you ABSOLUTELY need, and only buy those things – you can think of reasons not to buy other things. 4 years ago
