How I did it: Hardest part was know i would have less take home pay, but the tax break makes it a little easier to deal with.
I am enjoying taking about the investments with my co-workers, other are signing up for 401s now too. Soon the whole company will have one. I think investing in local bonds make your state grow stronger.
Lessons & tips: Look at the end goal not the present day market.
