Bake with an EZ Bake oven

So, I pretty much suck with baking and anything ‘kitcheny’... but easy bake oven is a piece of cake(pun intended). Yummy food… easily made… no burning. Now I just need to figure out how to use the real oven without any mishaps.

I don’t care what girlinthecurl says. It is still yummy!

The cake is basically a mix containing crap like quick dry cement.

I got one spur of the moment at WalMart at like 10:30. After an evening of mild partying my best friend and I cooked up some mini cakes in my bedroom. They tasted like HEAVEN!

Toys R Us was sold out of Easy Bakes Ovens! I was furio. I guess I’ll have to look on ebay before I can start cooking up my miniature baked goods.

It was a Suzy Homemaker oven, not an EZ Bake.
Cheap piece of crap, but I made these flat little yellow cakes that were pretty good.

Oh mannnnnnn…........that was the coolest “toy” I had as a kid. Loved that thing. Well, that and my bean bag dog Sammy which I still have.(Yes I really do still have him)I can’t wait to have kids so I have an excuse to buy an easy bake for them. ;D

And now I have kids, so I get to do all this vicariously: this was the big present last christmas.
