I realize that as I write this I may be on a long road ahead. I’m a about sixty pounds overweight from my ideal (medically speaking) size and I have noticed that I get winded easily when I hit a flight of stairs or just stoop over to tie my shoes. This is ridiculous. I need to get into shape and the only way out is to just get started.
I’ve committed myself to running at least 3 to 4 times a week and I’ve purged my fridge and pantries of a lot of offending, weight gaining items. I’ve set my weekly meal menus and am poised to make this campaign for weight loss a successful one. Wish me luck!

so ive been doin pretty well watching what i eat n working out everyday for atleast an hour. over the last few weeks ive lost bout 5lbs n gotten alot stronger. i would still like to lose 20lbs. im overall goal is to lose 30lbs n be 130/135lbs. i need to do this for my job and for myself. Anyone have anymore tips? Anything that worked for them?

This is my first blog so i dont really no wat 2 do so i will just write wat i am thinking.
Ok I am official scared. Today I hated my body so much that i tried to vomit on purpose but as i at boarding skool a girl came into the bathroom before it actually happened. I am so sick of looking in the mirror and seeing something i hate. I am sick of my friends giving me shit when i straighten my hair or put make up on because i am a bit of a tomboy. The only reason why i act like a boy is cause i feel that i am not pretty enough and too fat. I NEED SERIOUS HELP. I want 2 look good and for guys 2 notice me. I want 2 be able to wear a bikini without being worried about my weight. i want my self esteem 2 go up instead of down. i want 2 stop wearing size 16 clothes whilst everyone else my age wears size 10, 8. Can anyone give advice of how i can lose weight with have limited gym equipment, time and the current moment really unfit. I do not enjy running as i get bored easily so i need activities that keep me engaged. My current aim is 2 lose 20 kilos at least. I need 2 learn 2 control my eating habits, i always eat even when i am not hungry because either i am bored or feeling sad or angry. PLEASE HELP.

I’ve lost 70 pounds since last February!!! My divorce is the main reason, but I’ve also been eating more consistently and that really seems to help my metabolism. I feel MUCH better and I’m able to do so much more with my son! I also have a great new boyfriend!

I can think of a hundred things to motivate me…..look better, feel better, live longer, feel better about myself,be physically able to do more, have more fun and feel better about myself. But no matter what, I just can’t seem to stop eating. I can’t control the cravings, and I eat even when I’m not hungry.
