I often vist London for my business trips. Because of this I know a lot about the majority of London Hotels. Some of them are just excellent!

The flight took 45 minutes from Rotterdam.
we slept in a basic hotel, because the only thing you do there is sleep.
than you take the subway to the centre. Ask for a map of all lines of the subway. it's very easy if you understand the map
And then go shopping!
