Alaythia is slowly settling in
Couch to 5k running plan, and it has scheduled workouts three days a week. I’m pretty sure this habit will be ingrained in me by the time I finish the plan so I’m counting this one done. : P
Over the winter I stopped going to the gym and now I need to start back up again.

I decided to split my one hour workout into two parts since I never have a full hour to devote to anything these days. I’ve exercised now two days in a row, so maybe it will work better this way. : )

Well, seeing as I don’t really exercise at all now, working up to 3 times a week will take a little effort. But I do have a video to work out to. It’s one that I’m familiar with, so I won’t be just flailing around the room for the first week while trying to mimic the incredibly perky and fast-moving people dancing around on the screen, and that’s a plus. Let’s see if I can carve an hour out of my time to do the workout tonight. Wish me luck!
