I haven’t got much of it (luckily) but I want to fight it.
I’m going to get a particular aromatic oil to help removing it, massages and drink more water.

I have started applying this anti-cellulite and stretch mark cream I bought. I notice a difference in my stretch marks but I have been putting it on my stretch marks longer than my cellulite. I hope it works as well.
I can’t stand looking at the back of my upper legs. Its like a cellulite party. This is something I really need to fix.

So I’ve been using Goodbye Cellulite for about 4 weeks now, and honestly, I can’t see a difference. I guess the only way to get rid of it properly is with healthy eating and exercise! I’m just gonna have to stop being lazy and do it the hard way!
So cellulite is fat that is pushed up against connective tissue, it’s bulging out against the “constraints”. It helps to lose weight, but again, whatever fat you have left may still push up against the connective tissue making the area look lumpy. My suggestion is to lose weight and do weights that target your glutes and hamstrings. Make the muscles bigger, lose some fat, and it may make a difference. Keep in mind: it’s also genetic!
I used to be a hard body. I was a college athlete and was in great shape. I was really proud of my body. Well, 7 years and 3 kids later, it’s no suprise that I ‘m not quite what I used to be:)I was quite shocked and horrified when I noticed the cottage cheese on my thighs. I’ve been checking out info on how to get rid of cellulite. I’m thinking about purchasing this book: http://cellulite.greatinformation.org. Anyone have any tips? Thanks in advance!!!!

i used to be skinny 6 months ago and i’ve gained 8 kilos and i’m proud, but i’m still skinny. i can’t fat up no more ‘till i get rid of the cellu, i’ve had it since 2 years ago i think. i wanna get rid of some my bad parts, physically and mentally too, until the end of school. which is 2 months away. and i also wanna make him jealous and wear some hot pants at gym class…so it’s very obvious that i have to look superfab by then. i’m sporting from time to time but it’s not enough gotta really do smth. and the cellulite stretches from the ass to the back of my thighs so i should MOVE. wait. i’ll set a challenge. i’m forcing my ambition but i really wanna make him…you know…i once went in hotpants at gym class and he couldn’t take his eyes off so it’s pretty obvious that i wanna do that. i don’t like him anymore, it’s just an incomfortable feeling when i see him. of course everyone will know why i’ll go in hotpants, but what does it matter he’ll still bite his lip…oh i am bad :))
ok, here i am, 28, 128 lbs, pretty, but i have nasty cellulite on my legs and butt! dang it, i want a pretty bottom half, lol! i am so ready to get into my little bikini this summer, so the pressure to get rid of some of my cellulite is on, esp now that there is a new man in my life. i might start running on top of my regular gym classes.
