As college has progressed I have gradually been gaining stomach fat and losing that leanness that everyone wants, I am going to try and take out some foods that seem to be major contributors.

I went for a brief run yesterday, just a little over a mile. Somehow, since my regular run used to be 3 1/2 miles, or at one point 4 1/2, the brief tour felt vaguely like cheating. But with my strained hamstring, I know I need to be gentle. So I tried to make it feel easy so it would feel more fun to do again.
Now this morning I am sore from such a small effort. Humbling, but a good step.
